Terms and Conditions

By Booking your service with the Healing H-Art , you agree to the following terms and conditions:

-All sessions booked are based on Eastern Time Zone.  It is the client's responsibility to ensure they have time zones accurately set for the appointment. 

-Please ensure you enter the correct email address to your order form.  You will recieve a reminder, plus any other communication via email.

-All Appointments are done on Zoom . If you do not recieve a link upon booking, one will be emailed to you the morning of your appointment day.

- At times due to unforseen circumstances,  your appointment time may be cancelled.  If your appointment is cancelled, you will have the first next available appointment or a full refund.

-Late appointments- All session times start immediately at your given time, unless you have been communicated otherwise.

Your Appointment will stay open for 10 minutes from your set time.   If you do not attend the session time within that time frame , your appointment will be closed.

- Missed appointments  are not subject to a refund , however we understand things happen and will do our best to accommodate a missed appointment if we are notified within 48hrs of the missed appointment.  We ask for at least 24 hours notice for cancelation when  possible 

Please note: Due to the nature of Michelle's style of intuitive work, phone calls will not be accepted prior to appointments.   All communication can be made through email, or text.
